Last month, we celebrated a very special milestone as we said goodbye and thank you to our wonderful colleague, Susan Paterson, as she began her retirement.
Susan has been a valued part of the Active Healthcare family, and it’s hard to imagine the team without her. Whether supporting the people in our care or simply brightening a colleague’s day, she has always brought kindness, patience, and a caring attitude to everything she did.
Working in care isn’t always easy, but Susan has shown the compassion and dedication that make such a difference in people’s lives. The individuals she supported, their families, and everyone who had the pleasure of working with her have all benefited from her warmth and commitment.
While we’re sad to see Susan leave, we’re so happy that she’s beginning an exciting new chapter, one that’s full of well-earned rest, new adventures, and plenty of time to enjoy the things that matter most.
Susan, thank you for everything you’ve done over the years. Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and for being such a valued member of our team. You will be greatly missed, but we’ll be cheering you on as you enjoy every moment of your retirement.
